There were some delivery problems with DPD, but the staff took great care of it and solved the problem very quickly. We would recommend it to others

I had the event box for my milestone birthday and it was the party crasher ever. I asked my guests to print me their photo again and pin it to the wall as a memento. It really inspired the guests and the box was always in use. Booking was easy online and the box was delivered a few days before the party. There was one query which was answered competently and very friendly and most importantly very quickly. I will be a customer again.

With the detailed instructions, the assembly was very easy. You could get started immediately. We have used the event box very much and with pleasure. It was super fun, especially with the different props and the 5 second timer very cool funny snapshots were created. The nice support team member (24H even on Sunday) was very patient and gave me great guidance and fixed the problem with the printer. We were about 30 people and we didn't use up the 400 sheets. At pickup and drop off everyone was super nice and explained everything in detail. I can recommend Event Box to everyone.

The best part was that our guests were able to take home a personalized memory to match the style of the wedding, whether it was 1, 3 or 4 photos on a printout, and we still received the photos online. I would book it again for a wedding anytime!!!!

I don't like to give full points - it just seems fake. But in this case I have to do it, there was simply nothing to complain about. In order to complain at least a little bit, I made a deduction for price/performance, but to be honest: it's not cheap, but it's good value.
Once again, many thanks to the staff who made the loan possible at such short notice and friendly.
