Very competent, friendly at all levels of advice on correspondence and of course the conferences! Good tips and advice/warnings that would otherwise mean a lot of legal trouble and costs! During the consultation, you don't get the impression that they want to talk you into other services. They are offered, but not in a pushy way.
I would have liked to be better prepared for negotiations with potential business partners.

Some points are not to be evaluated after an initial conversation, especially in customer service when no second conversation or stay in the premises has taken place. The personal support was very good in the video chat, but we sometimes had the impression that the technology sometimes fails, for example, the sound is offset or arrives later than the image. Overall, we are satisfied with the advice, thematically it is still expandable for us. We are very happy to recommend EZN and will contact them again if we have any questions.

As part of a campaign, a free initial consultation on the subject of patents, trademark rights, etc. was offered. This took place in an online meeting. Dr. Gaebel explained the facts and possibilities in a very comprehensive and well-founded manner. I am now well informed and can only recommend EZN!
