Das Training ist intensiv, es gibt aber immer Erholungspausen. Ich habe schnell Fortschritte festgestellt. Außerdem ist es super kreativ gestaltet, manchmal spielerisch. In den kleinen Gruppen macht es mega Spaß, die Community ist nett. Bei körperlichen Problemen geht er individuell auf einen ein und schlägt alternative Übungen vor.

Hervorragender und motivierter Trainer. Das Training macht sehr viel Spaß und ist dabei auch immer herausfordernd. Eine Leistungssteigerung ist schnell zu erkennen.

Geht immer auf individuelle Probleme ein, sehr großes Know-How, es wird immer eine Lösung gefunden, die Tipps sind sehr hilfreich und funktionieren und das Training ist immer abwechslungsreich
