Ebony is an inspiring speaker, like few of her kind. Calm and yet exciting, she takes her audience on a journey of mindful insights and deeply touching stories. It was a joy to listen to her and take away so many little reminders for my own practice. As a first step I wrote down My Why = Life Purpose and Mission, as she suggested that only 3% of all people actually do that ;)

The coaching has a lasting impact for me. In my working life, it is easier for me to deal with difficult situations, stressful conversations and challenges in customer contact.
I find it particularly positive that my private life benefits from it. I can also apply what I have learned in raising my daughter. Thus, she already benefits at a young age from what I have just learned today.

Ebony always listens very attentively to me during my coaching on the job sessions in order to then make goal-oriented individual recommendations for action for me. She makes sure that I develop my own problem-solving skills, which helps me personally. She convinces with her professional competence and experience, treats me in a consistently appreciative manner and always motivates me to immediately look around at my newly acquired knowledge. I can highly recommend her as a coach and trainer.

I worked with Ms. Fagbuyi to better position and market myself in the self-employment market. Through her experience, she could be very helpful to me here, through the discussions very creative and successful strategies came about and it opened up unimagined possibilities for me.

Ms. Fagbuyi was able to convey new skills and insights to me very well. I was able to apply these very well in the training, which resulted in a successful transfer effect. The personal coaching showed me where I still need to optimize and which of my existing skills I can use to achieve my goals. The training and coaching also had a motivating effect in order to reach the goals I had set myself even faster. Barriers that I had built up for myself or insecurities were broken down. In summary, my confidence to achieve my current and future goals was strengthened. Likewise, the competencies were built and the will to implement the actions to achieve the goals was activated. In addition, I experienced that I could get to know new positive aspects of my personality through Ms. Fagbuy.
