I originally had no idea what exactly I wanted.
The first and especially quick contact by phone and the detailed consultation on site convinced me. I was shown several options and every question was answered. And I really had so many questions, because I have never dealt with the subject before.
It took a while until the installation, but I could call at any time and ask how things were going. Top!
To date, I am super happy with the result. Again and again with pleasure :)

I received three offers for my windows, including one from a very nice and professional carpenter, who also gets the job. The mediator himself stays rather in the background, which I think is good. Does exactly what it promises!
