For me and my family, it means a lot to have a long-term contact person who has known us for a long time and who has a wealth of experience with which he always finds good solutions for our situation. This also applies to the building damage currently being processed with Concept & Marketing. This makes a lot of things easier for us when communicating with the companies. We also have an active "interface" in him for the administrative implementation, which takes a lot of hurdles off our shoulders. The long-term planning and the individual tailoring of the financial products to our needs are very valuable. I can really emphasize that as an outstanding quality.

I have now been a customer of Pia & Dietmar for about 3 years and have had all my insurances checked by you and was amazed at the better services they were able to offer me despite lower prices. Even with claims, there are no challenges whatsoever like I've seen in the past. Furthermore, Pia & Dietmar are absolutely customer oriented, friendly and more than competent. I feel well taken care of all around and can only give a heartfelt recommendation with the best of knowledge and conscience <3 With the FG in the backround, they are the only neutral financial service providers in the whole of Germany and you can feel that.
