Our son was facing the normal procedure of entering school. The kindergarten made us aware early on that his language behavior is behind, despite the logo. Also the social pedagogical center pointed out that it would be better to give him a year later in the school. My husband and I thought a lot about it. Got us opinions. However, it was clear to us that we did not want to drag our son from A to B without any real reason. As a mother, I had the feeling that something was permanently overlooked.
With the questionnaire from the FIDD Institute, I had the feeling for the first time that someone knows what they are doing and is looking in the right places for our son.
The exercises are not difficult to implement, but at the beginning my husband and I noticed an inhibition threshold that we had to learn to overcome.
At the moment, our son demands the exercises every evening, which was not always the case.
At home, he often acts out his anger, frustration and aggression, and you can see how self-conscious he often is. Physical contact often makes this worse.
We have chosen this path because our son is seen here and is not pigeonholed.
