Steffi was clearly expert in her craft. I had a particular injury that needed attention. That was no problem to Steffi AND she then found and helped me with a few long standing issues.
I would recommend Fit and Relaxed to anyone in need of a massage or osteopathic treatment.
Steffi is one of the most experienced, hard working and knowledgable instructors i have ever known. She always makes sure everyone is doing the moves properly, and cares very much . She is always trying to improve her own knowledge , and constanlty changes routines , so classes are nevr boring ...
The owner Steffi is just fantastic, the classes change frequently to keep everyone motivated. I made a lot of lovely friends at fit & relaxed & would highly recommend both the classes & the massages. It’s a great place to meet people & keep fit in a friendly relaxed setting.
Steffi is so professional in all aspects of training, dance, yoga ,massage etc. She takes time to get to know her clients and gives guidance throughout all her classes.
She is never standing still and is always bringing new classes & equipment in to keep things fresh and interesting.
The classes are excellent, funand well run, Steffi reminds you of all options in each class and also checks your position so you get the most out of every session/class without any injury. She is there to support and help you on your fitness journey whether you are a beginner or further on your journey 😁
