I found out about the fitness-private studio online and started with two private lessons with Chris. As requested, he put together an effective workout for me to do at home and I was able to see results after just a short time. Chris then recommended group training to me. After the first trial lesson I was thrilled - small groups of 2-4 people, where everyone is treated individually.
You can tell that each of the trainers is passionate about what they do.
Yes, both the individual lessons and the group lessons have their price, but they are worth it because you get motivating, competent, committed and individual support.
