Dario and his team are absolutely experienced professionals. They take a lot of time and explain with patience+calm. I found the introduction very thorough and especially individual. It is well looked and checked that the exercises are performed correctly. This gives me a good, safe feeling. The bright and airy training room with a view of the outdoors, I like very much. Die Öffmungszeiten sind für Berufstätige super! Mir fehlt der Bereich für Mobilität, Theraband, Stretching etc.. Es ist nur eine Matte vorhanden, die dann noch zwischendurch für andere Bereiche entwendet (und nicht mehr zurückgebracht) wird. In Stosszeiten ist das Personal manchmal überlastet.

As a 59 year old woman, I feel very comfortable at Dailyfit, since there are also visitors my age.......not only young women and bodybuilders.......I also like the generous space and the majority of the individual machines.....you don't have to "stand in line" to complete the program. Also worth mentioning for me is the generous ladies changing room.So far I have met Simone and Dario......,thank you for your constant helpfulness......it is important to me that I do the program and the associated exercises correctly......now keep your fingers crossed that I can motivate my husband.😉

Das Studio ist sehr sauber mit modernen Geräten. Ich bin mit den Angeboten sehr zufrieden. Da ich aber nur für 2 Monate nach der Reha trainieren will, um die Beinmuskulatur zu stärken, finde ich den Preis schon sehr hoch. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu kritisieren.

Ich wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Mir wurde vom Team alles im Studio gezeigt, erklärt und man hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gepflegt und die Stimmung ist auch super :-)

Das individuelle Probetraining unter der Anleitung von Simone war sehr angenehm und kompetent. Die Infrastruktur, die Lage und die bestmögliche Flexibilität bei den Trainingszeiten, erfüllt alle meine Wünsche für mein Fitnesstraining.
