Mr. Gehre is committed and provided us with excellent help with our financing. He is very competent when it comes to construction financing and is very knowledgeable about funding opportunities. He is friendly, very attentive in his communication and responded fully to us and our situation, wishes and queries. He is well connected, knows the colleagues involved as well as the offices involved and was very committed to us. Mr. Gehre was also extremely easy to reach and always returned our calls quickly. He has an extremely good overall view and is therefore able to consider all options.
Despite the length of time, Mr. Gehre-Riemann handled our very protracted case with great dedication and we would like to thank him for his exceptional commitment and expertise.

Here, I finally felt completely looked after. Normally you get something thrown over the table and then you are left alone with it for the time being and have to mill through the documents.
Mr. Gehre-Riemann did not leave me alone, but looked after me competently and very helpfully. All my layman questions were answered in detail. A great added value for me.

He has always realized the best conditions for me at LBS and always had an open ear when I had a concern! He responded to requests within a very short time and always had a good solution ready. I would finance with him again at any time. When it comes to financing, it is not only important for me to have a reliable bank, but above all a reliable, competent and always accessible contact person.
