Within the framework of a VdK meeting, a lecture organized and accompanied by Mr. Heinz Flotzinger took place on the topics of
- Dispositions, powers of attorney - legally secure and permanently valid, as long as one is
still in full possession of his mental powers;
- Inheritance, bequeathing
- the pitfalls of care - how and where do I want to be cared for in case of need and who pays,
took place. The lectures were excellent and can only be recommended.

Prior to several years of professional training, I wanted to cancel my disability coverage. No luck at www.flotzinger-experten.bayern and thank you. Shortly before the end of my training, I had a serious accident at work. Hospital, operations, rehabilitation, operations again, a return to the intended activity - no return. This was followed by retraining - a new job. And everything went well because I had no financial worries apart from the health and future worries thanks to the non-terminated occupational disability insurance. I was supported in the settlement with Swiss Life by the Flotzinger`s and in this context thanks also to Swiss Life. The paperwork had to be done every now and then, but it was manageable for me and my family/consultant. Recently, the benefits from Swiss Life expired after I retrained and am now fully employed in a new profession.

I was at the evening event on 20.04.2023 with the motto "Lost inheritance" on the topics of powers of attorney / wills etc. and long-term care. Everything was super rüber gebracht within 2 hours incl. excellent "Happen" from the kitchen Landgasthof Meinzer.
This led me to the decision ---> I follow the solution suggestions
-Data collection for corporate power of attorney, advance directive, living will, etc. 1 hour
-Discussion topic care provision with decision 1.5 hours
-Today on 08.05.2023 all documents in the house and with the federal chamber of notaries and law direct deposited
-risk of becoming a nursing case outsourced to an insurance company
---> "Lost inheritance" not with me and my relatives.

The very competent and friendly contact persons convinced me right from the start with their understandable language. My needs were worked out in a goal-oriented manner and underpinned with concrete but flexible solutions. Whether financing/purchase of a real estate, investments (which are also considered sometimes beyond the edge of the plate) and "stinknormal" insurances I feel well advised privately and in business.

The consultation was based on honest and realistic basis with subsequent handover of the services to the local contact person of the respective bank. The process of the consultation up to the purchase of the property went smoothly at all times.
