The cooperation with our Format Bildung supervisor was effective and goal-oriented. Our supervisor always had our project goals and our concerns as a school in mind and oriented her advice accordingly. All in all, we as a school have taken a big step forward in our development thanks to this consultation. In addition, it was also a very pleasant cooperation on a human level, for which we are very grateful.
In preparation for my new leadership position in a support center, I found excellent support in the individual coaching with Ms. Kilian. She listened attentively, asked specific questions and gave me the space to define myself in my new role. I was not presented with a ready-made concept for leadership positions, nothing was "imposed" on me. That was very valuable for me. Ms. Kilian worked with me piece by piece to find out what I personally will fill the new role with. Practical implementation ideas rounded out the coaching for me.
