I have now been there for the second time. Unfortunately, the therapy didn't really help this time. But it was certainly due to the slipped disc, not the center! The final measurement showed that I had improved significantly! The therapists were all - apart from one - very nice and imaginative with the exercises to do at home. I would definitely recommend the center.

Intensive training with a focus on the spine is very good and makes a positive impact after a short time. Thanks to FPZ therapy, I have less pain, more strength, more mobility and better posture because my back has been strengthened. The measurable, effective training under motivating guidance and in company is even very good for the soul.
It's just a shame that I wasn't able to use the online course (the corresponding course offer is still missing).

Therapy form very good, registration and billing complicated and did not work directly. Instead of direct assumption of costs, first a private invoice and submission to private health insurance, cumbersome and complicated processing.

The FPZ back therapy program has helped me a lot to alleviate my back problems. The support was provided exclusively in the form of individual support by therapists on equipment. The training program was specially adapted for me because of my back problems. The weights on the equipment increased from workout to workout in consultation with the therapist, so that I didn't overload myself and still had fun while training. A big compliment to the therapists at Novotergum.
Unfortunately, the health insurance company only approved 24 units. I very much regret this. In order to maintain health and mobility in old age, it would make sense to be able to continue this therapy permanently.
A fitness studio cannot provide this equipment training!
