The quality is good. Although expensive.
The service is poor. Payment via Amazon pay (my wife's account) led to the falsification of my contact details. Which I had previously entered correctly in the contact form. This resulted in an incorrect telephone number being sent to the shipping company. Weeks of waiting for the delivery. Neither the shipping company nor framago felt responsible.
I was even held responsible for providing incorrect information.
On delivery, 2 picture frame eyelets were broken. The delivery was only made by telephone arrangement. Storage in the carport is not allowed. "We come between 8:00 and 16:00" so bring plenty of time with you when buying from Framago
I will not rate all this here. This is for information purposes only
But I will not order from Framago in the future.

I ordered three large aluminum frames with glass panes from the company. Unfortunately, these were transported incorrectly during delivery. As a result, two frames and all three panes of glass were damaged. After making a complaint and sending the relevant pictures, the damage was recognized without any red tape and replacements were sent to us quickly and easily.
The contact persons at Teuto/Framago were completely friendly and helpful at all times and you had the feeling that you were taken seriously as a customer (unfortunately this is not always the case).
Accordingly, I can only recommend a purchase from Teuto/Framago to anyone.

The ordered frame was damaged by shipping. We got a new frame delivered in the shortest time, without much red tape. With one phone call everything was done. We were very pleased and surprised. Gladly again.
