I took out liability insurance with Mr. Tietmeyer by phone. The appointments were made by e-mail without any problems, and Mr. Tietmeyer was always responsive to individual requests regarding the times of the meetings, some of which took place in the evenings after business hours.
The advice was customer-oriented and I did not get the impression that they were trying to "talk me into" something specific. Instead, I was sent many suggestions by e-mail so that I could form my own opinion beforehand. In the conversation itself, favored offers were gone through together and questions were explained objectively and understandably. In doing so, he not only took into account my (financial) possibilities and the points that were important to me, but also drew my attention to other important matters that had not been considered before.
A queasy feeling and the question whether the decision made was the right one, after the conclusion of the insurance, did not arise thanks to an authentic as well as satisfying consultation. In my eyes, Mr. Tietmeyer made a competent impression at all times.
Overall, I can recommend him with a clear conscience.
