We are very satisfied with Ms. Porst. She has always responded to all our wishes and concerns and has implemented them excellently. In addition, Ms. Prost was always available for us. When Ms. Prost is on well-deserved vacation, her colleague Ms. Schütte always tries to help.

In retrospect, we are really very glad that we went the way together with Mrs. Prost. She made our financing possible with our "feel-good rate", which would not have been possible with our house bank. Furthermore, she even went above and beyond her duties to contact our broker, who unfortunately kept trying to put obstacles in our way.
Without Mrs. Prost we would not be living in our dream house today. At this point we would like to thank her again for the good cooperation!

For future concerns about insurance or financing, we will now always seek advice directly from Ms. Prost.

Ms. Prost was recommended to me privately. After an initial appointment to get to know her and explain her approach to financial consulting, further sessions followed immediately. In these appointments, both my existing portfolio was screened together and concrete suggestions for improvement were shown.
All my wishes were taken into account at all times. My queries were clarified quickly, professionally and comprehensibly. I feel very comfortable with Ms. Prost's advice so far and have already recommended her to others.

Mrs. Prost has helped my wife and me, although due to leasehold and stubborn owners rather difficult to finance, to our dream house and from April 23 new domicile! The communication and cooperation, for example in the compilation of all necessary documents and communication with various third parties, was very pleasant, easy, lively and we felt all around great and above all professionally cared for. I can't help but say, without them we probably definitely wouldn't have gotten the purchase realized. THANK YOU for everything and greetings from Oberhausen-Osterfeld-West :-)

Ms. Prost advised me comprehensively and competently on the selection and conclusion of an occupational disability insurance policy, took extensive time for the consultation as well as for the pre-selection of suitable insurance policies and was also able to answer very specific questions on individual points (including the health questions). Mrs. Prost has helped us elementarily to realize our dream. And that with really long breath. We are completely convinced that Ms. Prost wants to work out the best solution for the customer and not just implement it or read out the results from the computer.

The cooperation with Ms. Prost was very pleasant and professional from day one. We could reach Ms. Prost at any time and even last-minute phone calls or video conferences were never a problem.

You also never get the feeling that financing or anything else is being talked up here. We were always presented with several options with the advantages and disadvantages and carefully explained.

The handling of the financing was also super. Ms. Prost has prepared and explained all the data very well understandable.

We would not know what could be improved, therefore unreserved recommendation on our part.
