We at WfS are very satisfied with your services. Like every company / including ours / there are fortunately still things we can grow on:
1. substitution during vacation/ home office. There is a feeling of insecurity here when our excellent assistant is not available. In my opinion, there should be better documentation of the status of work at the company.
2. conditions - in my opinion, you should be more proactive in seeking better/other conditions in shipping (trucks and parcel services). It is possible that a customer may draw your attention to better opportunities through competitive experience, but it is not his job. There have already been inquiries that we have both lost for these reasons. Annoying.
3. invoices/quotation. - They work with text modules which leads to several pages of offers and invoices for one and the same repetitive service. Please shorten if at all possible.
