Consulting was professionally very good.
Very good communication with a lady from the support team. The request is understood and implemented immediately.
But unfortunately also inexperienced employees on the phone in the support team. There is a need for training to be able to answer questions correctly.

Very good support, I have always been helped directly on every call, even when it went a little deeper into the matter, I was unlocked on request directly and without additional costs the API documentation + management. Also, our previously unused time tracking module was temporarily deactivated without any questions or anything else (without having to reactivate it), so about 50€ a month, which we have saved from then on, no compulsion or the like.
