Normalerweise hatte ich immer Angst zum Zahnarzt zu gehen. In mir breitete sich direkt Panik aus wenn ich nur daran gedacht habe. Durch die Sitzungen mit Herrn Richter, konnte ich diese Angst überwinden und gehe jetzt mit gutem Gefühl zum Zahnarzt, da ich mir sicher bin, daß mir nichts Schlimmes passieren wird und ich dort einfach Hilfe bekomme. Danke!

Ich hatte seit langem Panik vor grossen Gruppen zu sprechen. Herr Richter war sehr emphatisch und hat mir die verschiedenen Schritte des Mentaltrainings, während des Vorgesprächs, genau erklärt. Meine Angst wurde stark reduziert und ich habe auch keine Anspannungen mehr wenn ich nur daran denke einen Vortrag zu halten, was vorher der Fall war. Die Hypnose hat mir zudem geholfen mein Selbstbewusstsein zu stärken. Vielen Dank für ihre Unterstützung.
