There is a leak in my heating circuit. The technicians were nice and helpful, however, the leak could not be located. Unfortunately, one also had to run after the appointments and invest a lot of time so that something happens at all. Also, the way Mr. Schütte, as managing director, dealt with the customers was very questionable. Social competence is different. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company.

1)
ca. 3 Std. nach Terminanfrage für Leckortung kam der Mitarbeiter Herr Schmidt.

2)
Sehr ordentliches und anständiges Auftreten des Mitarbeiters Schmitt.
Alle dann folgenden Prüfarbeiten und auch Öffnungsarbeiten an d. Decke waren von grosser Sorgfalt und Professionalität geprägt.
Herr Schmitt fand nach mehreren Tests und Druckprüfungen dann auch sehr schnell die Ursache.
(Es wurde nur das beschädigt, was zur Prüfung nötig war.
Schmutz wurde beseitigt und mitgenommen.)

Der Bericht wurde dann geschrieben und uns vorgelesen.
Wir können diese Firma zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
