In our very heterogeneous learning group, Gerald Richter has been convincing on all levels, both personally and professionally, over many months. He not only conveys the fact that people come first as a learning principle, but also lives it in the course - and in this way he succeeds in creating a very conducive learning atmosphere.
He also proved his competence in the selection of the interdisciplinary teachers and with the very well-structured handling of our course; he tailored his own units well to the requirements of all participants and was able to impart knowledge very successfully in this way and also to increase the benefit for the individual in a targeted way through practical examples.
Especially after the outbreak of the corona crisis and in the following months, he showed extraordinary commitment - which certainly went far beyond what was required - so that we could successfully continue and complete our course without any cutbacks.
