The training has helped me to improve my health and also mentally. I learned a lot about myself and my body. I am a beautician and was looking for a holistic concept for my customers at the time. It is important to have specialist knowledge in order to continue in this great profession. The training gives me an incredible amount of confidence in dealing with skin problems and health issues are looked at in great depth. It's a team of experts who train here, not a 0 8 15 course!

I am still relatively at the beginning of my training and am already very happy to have taken this path.
I work with many problem skins and can draw on the knowledge I have already acquired on a daily basis. I can also go into coaching with people and help them sustainably, without loose recommendations à la: "Take zinc / eat less wheat products / pay attention to good sleep quality."

Dear Nike, when I came to you for your training, I was at the end of my physical tether. I had massive problems on all levels. Starting with a permanent bloated belly, countless intolerances, sleep problems, blemished skin and years of migraines. Here at Nike I have found an absolutely sound training in the field of skin and health. There really is nothing comparable, and I have already completed many training courses in the holistic health sector. Nike offers a concept that works and has been tried and tested for over 7 years, which I didn't get in my naturopath training or anywhere else. I started the training at the Nike because in my cosmetic studio I always came to my limits with customers with impure skin, couperose or rosacea. We always had success through treatments and product adjustments but these were not always satisfactory. It was clear to me that we had to do more research into the causes. I was able to do the training flexibly from home, at my own pace, and with lifelong access I can reinforce and strengthen the topics as needed. And although I am a career changer in the field of health care, I was able to understand the training content well and gradually put it into context - which is the core of the training, i.e. to look at symptoms holistically and find causes. For questions, Nike is always available very promptly via Facebook or in the live calls. Nike is very approachable, is open to constructive criticism and is willing to make adjustments to make the training even better and the content more understandable.

I booked the coaching with Nike in the spring, which was the best decision. I had been struggling with acne since puberty and have tried many things before (dermatologist, dietary changes, cosmetic treatment, etc..) Unfortunately, none of it has helped. Through Instagram I then became aware of Nike and booked the coaching with her. The cooperation with her was just great. You could always contact her and she has always taken time and answered all questions. I was able to achieve a significant improvement in my house image in the 3 months. Before I came to Nike for coaching in the spring of 2023, I had already been suffering from sleep and skin problems for two years. I had already tried many things (family doctor, dermatologist, gynecologist, alternative practitioner, medications and creams), but without a lasting improvement of my complaints. Since I did not want to resign myself to it, I looked for solutions and found Nike.

In coaching, Nike takes a lot of time to explore the cause and work out an individual roadmap. She doesn't just look at the symptoms, but takes a holistic approach. The close contact throughout the coaching period and the regular exchange were particularly helpful.

During the coaching there were already positive effects on my digestion, mindset and sleep. After 18 weeks, my skin condition has improved so much that I feel comfortable in my skin again and currently there are no deep inflammations and impurities anymore.

Nike has always encouraged me not to work against my body, but with it. Through coaching I have learned how to support my body in the best possible way.
