You can tell that he has many years of experience, not only in the field of real estate marketing.
He supports you in all aspects of selling your house and is a reliable contact person at all times.
His extensive network is another plus point that should not be underestimated. He always has tips or good advice if you need a trade or a clearing service, for example.
His open and transparent manner always gives you a good feeling when selling your property.

Mr. Giebl offers the all-round carefree package and is always open and very honest in his communication. He took over the marketing of our property at a very difficult time and made the impossible possible and sold the property within a few months. We have already bought the second property from Mr. Giebl. After we found our home, we wanted to buy another property as an investment.

With his Mr. Giebl has again supported us from start to finish.
It started from the financing to the craftsmen who renovated the apartment before. He has obtained offers, coordinated the craftsmen and handed over to us the apartment turnkey.

We found a property through Giebl Immobilien in mid-October.
Even before the viewing, there was a detailed discussion about the property.
During the visit, various renovation/modernization options were pointed out, including suitable suggestions from craftsmen, structural engineers and other specialists.
Giebl Immobilien also has suitable partners who can help with financing.
After the notary appointment (usually you hear from brokers, except for the bill nix more) is also Giebl Immoblien always available with great ideas and advice from the stair builder, window builder, roofer and more.

Giebl Immobilien is not a pure broker company, but a holistic Immoblienberatung from A-Z
