Glen Burchard

Glen is everything I wish for in a personal trainer. He gave me all I needed to incorporate a workout program in my busy home office schedule which I can follow for life. My favourite aspect is that he devised a program with my limited gym equipments and the program varies, so it's not just the same exercises throughout the program. Expect great results if you work with Glen!

The 3 month workout with Glen was tailored around my schedule and needs . As we did the sessions online there was no extra time needed to get to and from the gym . I got a welcome package with all the bits needed ( weights , resistance bands etc) Each session was different so it never got boring. I really enjoyed the workouts and the progress I was making . I totally recommend Glen Burchard as a personal trainer , especially for busy professionals who need to squeeze in the workout time in a already busy schedule .
