We became aware of the agency as a Facebook Partner Agency due to a block on our Facebook advertising account. That means we didn't know each other beforehand. And yet they took care of our not-so-simple issue right away and looked after us very well from the start. Especially the reception always had an open ear and friendly words ready. The result was an achieved clearance of the account within a very short time. Many thanks for that!

I tried two other agencies before landing on Globalist for a Facebook pixel fix and matching ad campaign setup.

After the other two agencies talked away the pixel error, sold fixed packages, long wait times (and durations), and unneeded services, I got the (most expensive) quote from the Globalist agency.

After a very friendly phone call without jargon, my concerns are now eliminated to book another agency that again does not deliver what I need.
True to the saying: "All good things come in threes", the Globalist agency got its chance - and took it. Fortunately!

The Facebook pixel error was fixed in no time, the event manager hired, ads created and tested.

I am absolutely satisfied with the performance, sales are increasing, the advertising measures are fit for purpose, campaigns are tried out, independent feedback and interim information is provided to me, recommendations are made.

The explanations are understandable for laymen, results are explained and adjusted.
My initial concerns have been completely eliminated and I look forward to continued successful, long-lasting cooperation. Many, many thanks!
