I have been insured with Göhring for more than 6 years and have always found that it is undesirable to contact them by phone. Real problems are not taken seriously in any way and the response times for urgent matters are also subterranean. Since it is only an insurance agency, it is also only about closing deals that bring money and not so much about claims settlement. In any case, I will soon conclude directly with an insurance company, where it is also cheaper (because no agency fees) and they also have an open ear for the customer. It is really bad manners at this agency to simply hang up when they are no longer interested in talking to the customer.
