I was very satisfied with the advice I received over the phone from Mr. Günay Kaberen. We spoke on the phone several times. He was always on time for the agreed telephone appointment and was also available outside of business hours. Mr. Kaberen was always very friendly on the phone and tried to find the best solution for me as a customer. He has always dealt with my requests regarding transactions, forms, confirmations and correspondence very reliably and quickly. I can highly recommend Mr. Kaberen as an insurance broker. Keep up the good work!

So far, I have only come across very friendly and hard-working employees for the conclusion of a BU, who quickly take care of pending issues etc. and are also easy to reach. The processes are transparent and if there is something to be done, it is already handled by Golden Rock (if possible) and you can save yourself a lot of effort. I haven't noticed any negative points so far and, in addition to the time aspect, I am also very happy about the advisory support. You can address and ask everything, get the important information well communicated and feel that you are in good hands. Keep up the good work!

The conversation with Mr. Lichtfuß was very harmonious and informative. All existing insurance policies were put through their paces and everywhere very detailed on it and compared. Positive is also the existing insurance was praised as good and there was advised to keep, which shows me it is not only about "sell" but really about the concerns of the customer. Therefore, I feel at Golden Rock, especially with Mr. Lichtfuß very well advised and in good hands.

Absolutely heartily recommend - also, or even exactly for those who do not know themselves well and vllt noch ein bisschen unsicher im Bereich Versicherungsind. For several years I have enjoyed excellent advice and support, reliable, honest and very cordial!
I have also been able to successfully place some of my loved ones from Golden Rock and they are all very satisfied!

I made a general inquiry online about disability insurance and received a response from Golden Rock UG within a very short time. An appointment was made. The conversation was very interesting, clarified many questions. Different offers were made and all were discussed together, compared. Each conversation was informative, subsequent information from me was processed, again inquired at insurance companies, compared and finally a contract was concluded. Contact continues even after the contract has been concluded. I am really pleased with the commitment, the always friendly staff who answer every question and offer support. At first I was skeptical, since online, no getting to know, persons not tangible.... but in the meantime I am convinced.

In my eyes, there are rarely such friendly and flexible companies and people as here. With 0 knowledge about insurance, I asked online for a free consultation and got very early feedback from an extremely friendly gentleman who still accompanies me through my insurance and questions. Here you have the feeling that the person opposite really listens to you and really thinks and acts adapted to my needs. Whether you earn little or a lot of money, here the brokers get the best out for the person. Also I would like to note again how flexible and patient each employee was, no matter how much one asked and even if something should be changed at the last minute and also later for me. Gladly on many more insured years about the friendly Golden Rock team and again thank you for everything!
