In 1986 I founded the insurance agency Michael Reitz. As an exclusive agency for the then Berliner Verein, my field of activity in these first years was almost exclusively limited to private health insurance. In 1998 I merged with Gothaer Versicherungen. As a Gothaer general agency, my field of activity has expanded many times over since then.

From motor vehicle insurance, household contents and private liability for private customers to company insurance and company pension plans, all pension, asset and insurance products belong to my field of activity.

Over the years, my customer base has grown and grown, and my general agency is now one of the most successful Gothaer agencies. But despite all this growth, I have never lost the closeness to my customers in order to provide personal, individual and fair advice in a confidential atmosphere. My clients appreciate this. Because every person is different and has different needs and ideas. I have the right offer for everyone. This is true for private customers as well as for craftsmen, self-employed and companies. I am only satisfied when my customer is satisfied. This has always been my goal and will remain so in the future. Since 2011, my son, Dennis Reitz, has been working in the agency as a trained insurance specialist. He, too, has completely internalized these objectives after only a short time.

The relationship with our customers is based on partnership and sustainability. We offer our customers, through our support and together with our cooperation partners from the region, a real added value.

Dear Sir or Madam, my rating for Gotha is not so good. There are several reasons for this, one of which is that I have been insured with Gotha for eleven years and pay several thousand euros a year, but have never been offered a consultation or a conversation with a contact person. I have received the same health insurance card for eleven years until today.

I was nevertheless meanwhile in my life with some Vetsicherungsmaklern (if this should be the correct term), however such a good and trusting customer service was foreign to me.
