In 2022, I have claimed almost every insurance policy with Gothaer (expensive year for Gothaer). Mr. Schweitzer was always a competent and helpful contact person. Also due to his assistance, all claims were settled quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
Gothaer may not always be the cheapest insurance company in comparison, but in the event of a claim it does its job and that is worth it to me.
