We contacted Mr. Heumer because we had secured our car in Hamburg with a steering wheel claw and lost the key. After a long search for a locksmith and the information circulating about them in the media, we were impressed by Mr. Heumer's performance and contacted him by phone. In the first step, Mr. Heumer requested photos and a description in order to assess the lock and the possibility of opening it in a serious and fair manner, first-class service!!! We then discussed the procedure, opening the lock and if this was not possible, flexing the bar. Mr. Heumer explained the effort and the costs very seriously and fairly over the phone and assessed them completely comprehensibly. Finally, he made his way to us on Sunday evening and opened the lock. It is particularly positive to mention that he brought mats and protective film to protect the inside of the vehicle and acted extremely carefully! Mr. Heumer was able to open the lock relatively quickly and offered an incredibly fair price!!! In our emergency situation on Sunday evening, we would have easily accepted or had to accept three times the price.
