Mr. Wahl was patient in explaining the process, but given the ever increasing number of foreigners working in Berlin specifically and Germany in general, it'd be good to have an official equivalent of the pamphlets in English.

Quality of the consultation depends very much on the contact person. I spoke to 3 different people during my consultation and the differences were very great. Only with one person would I say that he advised me very well and comprehensively. In general it was also a bit unstructured. My first consultation was good, but when it came to the BU, div. contractual details were not shown to me, but I had to find them myself for the most part.

Unfortunately, there has only been one telephone call so far (which also did not take place on the scheduled date). In this call, the company promised to provide information material. This has not yet arrived.
The second telephone call has not yet taken place, a conclusion could not be made.

There was a technical problem at your initial appointment, so unfortunately we could not perform the consultation. We tried to reach you very often after that, unfortunately without success. We then learned that you were on vacation. Our hotline can be reached 24/7. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you either by phone or by e-mail. However, we are pleased that the consultation finally worked out and that you were able to conclude the contract.

In the individual calculation statements, it would be good if the guaranteed payout amounts were also listed and not just the assumptions with a continued good forecast. Possibly, the presentation and inclusion of capital transfers from old contracts would also be possible...

Thank you for your suggestion for improvement. If we have the exact transfer values, we can also include them. Unfortunately, these values always have to be requested from the insurance companies first and this usually takes 6 - 8 weeks. If you wish to do so, we will be happy to do so. We do not calculate with the guaranteed values, because the guarantees are required by law and in our opinion it is unrealistic that only the guarantees are paid. We currently have historically, the lowest interest rates. So it is much more likely that we will have even higher interest rates and therefore maturity values than we are currently calculating. The ECB cannot go below 0% interest rates. If you have any questions about that, please feel free to contact us.
