Hairless is very professional and the staff are all very friendly and competent and you feel that you are in good hands. You can see clear differences after the treatments, but the 8 treatments included in the price were not enough for me and I had to have a few follow-up treatments.

I used action offered at clinics website which is called "Trial package".
It offered only to new clients try curing the selected by client area up to 10 minutes.
At time it was offered with discount and in website allowed to select and put in the purchase basket multiple packs.
I chose 5 packs of the tries.

When I came to the procedure, first unpleasant thing that consultation has to be done with man regarding the epilation and areas of epilation. Then he went to the specialist lady and gave her instructions. It was not possible to decide anything directly with specialist who provides the treatment. In case if I asked anything, she was going out to asking and confirming every step.

Second unpleasant thing, when I said I would like to try the test procedure packs on varies areas, this person declared that I cant use them all and offered to select only one area and use all packs for complete curing of this area.

Third unpleasant thing, despite that I could not use these purchase as it was promised, money also would not be returned, neither promised complete test area was cured. In addition consulting person was very impolite, he simply laught on me when I said I bought these test packs at their website and would like to try them. That very arrogant behavior kept continuing until I told him that it is very rude.

Did not like how I was accepted and treated in this clinic.
Did not like the discrepancies between website offers and reality.
Not recommending this clinic and trying their deal offers.

I am super satisfied, sustainably much less hair in the treated areas, super courteous, friendly and competent.
