Mr. Selzle took about 1h time in the initial consultation and conducted a thorough and well-founded anamnesis. Connections of the clinical picture were explained and a proposal for holistic therapy was made according to priorities. His empathic personality, but also the first professionally performed procedure on my cervical spine have led to a relief of my pain ... with the feeling of being in good hands!

I had an acute problem and was lucky to get an appointment on relatively short notice. I am very satisfied with everything. The treatment was very good and did a lot. The practice is very nice - the atmosphere is very pleasant. I felt very well taken care of. I have already recommended the practice to others.

We were there with our 4month old baby boy and we have even after one hour treatment a significant change. He struggled turning his head and it's definitely better now. I especially like that we as a bilingual family got the treatment in English. That's unfortunately not everywhere so easy. It's a very nice office, friendly people and a special thank you to Mr Karner who was so careful with our little Man. Highly recommended! We will definitely book another treatment!

Completely understandable explanations of causes and ways of treating the pain, noticeable changes/improvement after each therapy session (at least with Mr. Selzle).

Cost-benefit ratio appropriate (nevertheless from me only - or even still - 4 stars for effort-benefit (with soon 80 years, the long journey there is quite annoying to me)).

Nevertheless, the obvious competence and friendly manner of Mr. Selzle almost make up for it, and then of course: the treatment shows effects.

My pain, triggered by a bilateral hip dysplasia and corresponding poor posture, was reduced enormously here and has even disappeared completely in some cases! I receive sensitive treatment here and my concerns are taken seriously. I can definitely recommend this practice without reservation.

I can only recommend the treatments at the HanseVitalisten to everyone. Alexander Karner took a lot of time for me and tailored the treatments exactly to me. Every time afterwards I had a feeling of being "reborn", which I had not known before from other osteopathic treatments. Here, the individual person and his or her needs are taken into account. This has had a very positive effect on my health, for which I am very grateful to the HanseVitalists.

After a serious illness with subsequent double herniated disc I stumbled by chance (a podcast)!) on the HanseVitalisten. Alex Karner was recommended therein as an osteopath "with golden hands" and made me curious in the interview. After my personal experience in the successful treatment of a very complex clinical picture, I can only confirm. Within a short time we were able to solve my pain and limitations. How? No idea! But experience, a very winning nature, professional explanations about it and of course his golden hands are in the magic mix. I have already recommended the HanseVitalists to friends and other doctors/therapists.

Listening is a really central element here.
