It's a great feeling to work with people who are passionate about what they do and who go above and beyond what is necessary. The Hassel team is not only a pleasure to work with, but also very keen to offer "customer service" as a complete and sustainable package. And this despite the fact that you don't get any money from me as the buyer. There are also no hidden bidding processes here, which we experienced several times during our search. Highly recommended! I was lucky enough to be looked after by a very cordial and competent real estate consultant, Ms. Clemens, during my first property purchase. Even after the reservation period, Ms. Clemens stood up for me as a buyer and I was allowed to purchase the house that was dear to my heart. We contacted this company about a property in Zülpich. The first contact with a lady was a bit difficult as she seemed very ignorant. After a call back, however, I was informed by the extremely nice Ms. Kerkhoff that it was an external telephone service and was given excellent advice. I would prefer to give it 4.5 stars because I was initially confused by this service, but you should definitely not be put off, because the contact with Hassel is really recommendable. Unfortunately, we couldn't make a deal on the property, but we are looking forward to more houses from Hassel.
