The purchase and sale were excellent. The customer service is excellent and very fast. I was able to sell my apartment in just a few days. The price from the agent Jonas Haubner was very satisfactory. The communication was super fast.
Haubner handled the sale of the apartment perfectly, including representation without power of attorney at the notarization. The work of the Haubner Group is very professional. And that is why I can highly recommend the company.

Due to a professional move abroad, we were forced to sell our beloved home. About four weeks ago, we commissioned Kai Kollosser from the HAUBNER GROUP to help us with this. From the very first moment, we felt that we were in very good hands. It started with an expert valuation of our house, which exceeded our asking price. The presentation was carried out by a professional photographer and the exposé in combination with text and pictures totally convinced us. The first viewing appointments were therefore not long in coming. Mr. Kollosser was available at all times and was able to answer all our important questions regarding the transaction and took care of everything for us. After just 4 weeks, we signed the purchase contract for the full purchase price. Many thanks for this first-class and competent support. We can only warmly recommend Kai Kollosser as a real estate agent.
