I have been involved with heating and heating systems for a number of years now. In fact, I developed both a conversion kit and a kit for a radiator in 2006 and registered a utility model for it. I also published an article in a trade journal in 2020 entitled "Ideas for cost-effective heating". So I know what I'm talking about.

But I am far from finished with the topic. I stay on the ball and keep researching whether and what's new in this area. That's how I ended up at Heizkostenrebell and watched some of his videos. They were probably the right ones, because afterwards I thought to myself: Why didn't I think of this myself? There were terms like "common sense" and "heat reading". As far as I know, these do not exist. But your invention is good because Mr. Beurer has filled it with content that you actually have to think about. The result is far more than just an infrared heater that you simply place or hang up somewhere. First of all, Mr. Beurer sells high-quality infrared heaters, which are then placed where you can get the most out of them according to his findings and calculations.

You may now be wondering why I contacted Mr. Beurer despite my previous history. Why didn't I do it myself? Well, I did. Our house has a gas central heating system, which I converted so that it can now be called an electricity and gas central heating system. But that's not all. I have also changed or replaced the radiators in the rooms so that they primarily emit radiant heat. So why did I contact Mr. Beurer?

There are several reasons. Firstly, he asked how I came to be interested in his products and services (I had looked at his 7 mistakes). Then I was also so enthusiastic about his approach that I simply had to get in touch with him. And last but not least, I'm always up for optimizing something that already exists. And that's why I took the "Planning and Calculation" package with him. I was not disappointed. Mr. Beurer sometimes goes his own way, but ways that make sense, where you don't just implement the "school facts", but also question and optimize them. As a result, you can experience some completely understandable surprises during the discussion. I have already mentioned the slightly different positioning of the radiators, and I would also like to add the entry of realistic outside temperatures, tricks and tips regarding insulation, different storey ceilings and different apartment locations, etc. All in all, Mr. Beurer thinks about everything that matters when he talks to you. He's really not primarily interested in selling, but in providing honest advice that is tailored to you personally. And I think that's terrific. Not one solution for all, but a solution that is tailored to your living situation.

There's a lot more to say. Lots of positive things! But I have to come to an end and would like to make a small criticism:

Mr. Beurer, you don't make it easy for your potential customers to do business with you. Your website is difficult to navigate and I'm guessing that many people have simply clicked away. Neither you nor your services and products deserve that.

The consultation and discussions with Mr. Beurer were always open and neutral, my questions were all answered - as a master craftsman I am familiar with many facets of building technology and building physics - and in summary I am very positively impressed and will try out the infrared heating in my upcoming house renovation.
The nice thing is - these infrared heaters can be easily connected to a power socket - so just give them a try :-)

From the first conversation to the installation, everything was implemented perfectly! I was particularly pleasantly surprised that they really explained where it could be used most effectively (which is almost unheard of nowadays). I find the heat very pleasant and now the cold winter can come.

Mr. Beurer took a lot of time for us in a Zoom. Our "burning questions " were in the foreground. He also provided us with comprehensive information and advice on the subject of "mold on the wall". The heating panel we received was delivered quickly and is used as an additional mobile heater throughout the house. We can imagine having individual panels fitted in the rooms in the future. As we are inflexible with electric underfloor heating and have high electricity costs, the panels would be a realistic alternative. Many thanks Mr. Beurer with a farewell from the southern Black Forest : )

I urgently needed an infrared panel for my massage practice because it was too cold in the room. Ms. Suppanz greeted me very kindly on the phone and answered my questions in a calm voice and in great detail. I immediately felt very comfortable and at ease with her. Mr. Breuer arrived punctually for the agreed appointment and immediately knew which panel would fit perfectly in my practice. The panel was also in stock and he was very accommodating in terms of price. It took less than a week from calling to picking up the product! It's no longer cold in my practice either. Sooner or later, owners of old owner-occupied homes will have to look at measures to reduce heat demand and generate heat in an economically and ecologically sensible way. Everybody is talking about additional insulation measures and heat pumps that seem to have no alternative. Infrared heaters find thereby hardly attention. By own searches in the Internet I became attentive on Mr. Johann Beurer and its informative videos. I am not at all convinced that heat pumps are economically more advantageous under winter conditions than infrared heaters used according to demand. In particular, I find the significantly lower heat losses due to the elimination of water storage tanks, heating pipes, and chimneys, as well as the lower maintenance and servicing costs, and the long service life of infrared heaters convincing. In the overall consideration of all costs in ecological and economic terms, I see both heating systems on a comparable level in terms of heat generation with electricity. Come time, come advice, and if you're in a hurry, go slow.

It was a pleasure to get in touch with Mr. Beurer. His extremely friendly manner and willingness to address any questions made the exchange a pleasant experience. The ability to find solutions together is a testament to a cooperative and resourceful approach. Communication was efficient and focused, which made the collaboration particularly pleasant. Overall, a very positive experience that builds trust and creates a desire for further collaboration. Highly recommended!

Here, a different, new view of things is conveyed, also with regard to follow-up costs for heating.
Every room is different and Mr. Beurer explicitly addresses this.

If you have finally understood that thermal well-being does NOT depend on the display of the thermometer (room air) but on the heat radiation that reaches our body, then you are in good hands with Mr. Beurer.
In addition, one should by no means fall for the advertising, and simply hang a "biiliges" infrared panel with photo on the wall above the couch. Why this is so and how one avoids cold feet explains Mr. Beurer in its courses.
He has gathered his profound knowledge through his own many years of experience and passes this on to his customers for absolutely fair prices. With his "heat reading" he also imparts know-how on the topics: how to insulate properly, why it is better to invest in cables instead of pipes with PV power (IR panel vs. heat pump).
Conclusion: Don't fall for the energy consultant lobby, but invest in knowledge and heating project planning as a start.

Since I have been dealing with IR heaters for a while anyway and wanted to set up a room as a test, I contacted Mr. Beurer for questions and advice regarding the size dimension of the IR panel. An initial meeting could be arranged quickly and in the form of a ZOOM-Metting Mr. Beurer answered many questions competently and understandably. Afterwards, Mr. Beurer was always available to answer questions. Where else can you find something like this?

I also liked the live calculations on the flipchart.

The advice paid off for me, because I was able to choose a smaller panel after consultation,
than I had originally planned or suggested according to data from other websites.

After ordering, the delivery is complete within a short time.

Look forward with excitement to the first use in the heating season 2023.

For me, the Zoom consultation has already fully paid off - Mr. Beurer has made a tremendously competent impression on me, even beyond the infrared topic he was able to give us numerous valuable tips, e.g. on the exact placement of our planned PV system and also the fireplace.
Very helpful were the explanations on the flipchart, if words would have become too complex, and also the possibilities of the Screensharing we could fully use and placed in our house plan just a few infrared panels into it - really very successful, for this many thanks!
