Ms. Bochtler has reworked the QM system in my practice and steered it back on a well-structured track! We already had a QM manual from the practice software provider and are actually with the BUS of the LZK but somehow ... Mrs. Bochtler has worked out a new QM manual together with us in a close and always reliable way. This is now really a version for my (!) practice, which has all the advantages on its side: There is a folder for the practice with top processed work instructions complete with pictures! And exactly this file is stored in the network and thus easy to update at any time! I can recommend Ms. Bochtler at any time and am extremely satisfied with the joint cooperation!

All necessary aspects were well worked out together with HBO , then prepared and carried out . The guidance of the employees by HBO regarding the tasks to be done to them was very well structured and goal-oriented. The help with the many necessary documents was very valuable. The practice inspection was then relaxed for us .
