The whole process, from the presentation to the consultation to the installation, everything worked out excellently. We would have the product installed again immediately - despite the rather high price. But above-average quality has its price! To date, there is no comparable product on the market and the quality of the rooms in the basement has increased significantly.

I recently installed the Heliobus system in our underground hobby room and I must say I am very impressed with the results. The lighting of the room makes us forget that we are underground. I can definitely recommend the Heliobus system. The services were very professional and customer oriented. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solution to light their underground spaces.

The installation was somewhat questionable, 1 person alone could not have installed the window and there were other people from the site involved. In addition, the installer was sent somewhere completely different (in a parallel day, about 1 h away from the meeting point, and despite evidence of snow he was there in light sneakers....) The latter is not my problem, but it shows that the internal communication does not work....

I am very satisfied with HELIOBUS. Just had the craftsmen with me a good 3 weeks ago for glass cleaning and maintenance. It was very pleasant and camaraderie with all involved. Thanks to Besi for organizing and carrying out the work.
