Top!!! Forty years of panic fear of heights and after one session it's all gone!!! Crossed the Skywalk in Willingen yesterday. The success speaks for itself!

I can really recommend a treatment with Ms. Kern-Schuh. I went to see her to get my fear of flying under control. By asking her specific questions, we were able to get to the bottom of my fears and treat them. We also worked on my panic of having to sit in the car as a passenger. Immediately after the first treatment, driving as a passenger was more relaxed. It got better and better over the following days. Now, riding in the car is no longer a problem. I am infinitely grateful and look forward to the next session.

I suffered severely from fear of flying after a very turbulent flight, so that even the thought of getting on a plane caused me panic. I was at Henny Kern-Schuh, because I wanted to lose a few kiloss and be supported in the implementation. I knew how I would have to change my diet to lose weight, but somehow I did not really get into the implementation. Henny helped me to strengthen my motivation and to finally get into "doing". Since then, my weight loss has been steadily progressing at a healthy rate, as it should be when it really comes to a change in eating habits that I will maintain permanently and hopefully for the rest of my life. Henny has released blocking beliefs from my childhood and brought my subconscious on board, which now works WITH me on my goals and not AGAINST me.
