Very friendly and technically competent technician with a lot of empathy for the situation.

Very eager to determine the leaking point of damage with minimally invasive interventions in the building fabric. Ultimately, the leaking water pipe could be located only "in the area of the floor ceiling" but this was also confirmed and repaired later by the plumbers.

So everything went well ... many thanks to Locatec and especially the technician !

Two criticisms Regarding "Communication":
1. that the opening of the revission opening (time required 2 min.) costs an extra 37.00€ plus VAT without prior notice is steep .a note to this, and I would have made the opening in advance!
2. the explanation to the required signatures could be clearer.

The technician on site was very nice and competent. He did everything very conscientiously and explained all the essential steps and gave immediate feedback. He also took enough time to comprehensively inspect the extensive damage without wasting unnecessary time. He was very friendly and courteous in his dealings with all parties involved, and immediately after finding the leak, he made sure that a plumber was brought in without delay, via the client (BEKO GmbH), and informed the client of the result in a structured and concise manner in advance by telephone.
An absolute recommendation!
