Due to a shortage of staff (2 unfilled positions) in the catering sector, we opted for a new approach and thus for the hotel crew. We felt very well looked after and understood from the very first contact. The first contact and consultation was free of charge for us. Once we had reached an agreement and discussed all the details, we got straight down to advertising. Within just 3 weeks, we received around 25 applications, of which we ultimately decided on 2 and were able to fill the two vacancies. The advertising method via social media (smartphone) is very effective and very easy for the applicant to understand (without much effort). Change requests or other concerns were implemented immediately by the hotel crew. For us as a company, no other advertising method than that of the hotel crew will be considered in the future and next we will even go for room advertising with the hotel crew. Without a doubt, we can only recommend the Munich-based company to anyone who is looking for short-term or long-term staff and expects a strong partner at their side.
