Looking back on the last few years, I can only report positive things from the employee's point of view. Heart, strength and partnership are reliably lived. Just like the open-door policy. A lot is done for team spirit. Constructive criticism is expressly desired, as this ensures, among other things, further and ongoing development. Everyone is taken into account. Professional training is also expressly desired. There are many opportunities for this. The workplaces are well equipped.
