I did the hypnosis for optimal birth preparation with Mr. Schmelzer.
It made the pregnancy very relaxed at the end. And the birth I could not have imagined better myself. 1st (natural) birth, duration: 7 std, without PDA. I can definitely recommend it, I must honestly admit I was skeptical myself, but the result and my well-being before and after the birth confirm the "therapy".

Christian explains everything super beforehand. He asks what it is about. I had a hypnotic birth preparation. It was an absolutely pleasant atmosphere and relaxed hypnosis. I could let myself go immediately.
I can only recommend Christian.
I look forward to my now daily 10 min hypnosis, which I received as mp3.

Mr. Schmelzer welcomed me very kindly with his wonderful manner and sympathy and took all my fears and worries seriously and thus it was possible to open up without hesitation.
The hypnotic experience was a fascinating journey to oneself. I would never have expected it to be like this. It was a very positive self-awareness.
And helped me wonderfully regarding my problems, namely the upcoming birth of my son. So that I can now hold all my happiness in my hands. That this has been so relaxed, we both owe to Mr. Schmelzer.

The preliminary conversation was very good and informative, the hypnosis was very relaxing. I smoked for 33 years over 30 -35 cigarettes and could not imagine not smoking anymore, but lo and behold, nothing, no desire for cigarettes. It sometimes feels like I never smoked. I haven't used my hypnosis link to calm down yet. I can only recommend Christian to everyone, it helps. Above all, it was no problem that my husband was there.

I did the hypnosis to birth preparation, because it was my first birth I can not judge whether the labor pains without hypnosis would have been stronger. But through the hypnosis I was very relaxed before the birth and have made me not at all crazy as it will be probably will it hurt etc everything you ask yourself so at the first birth so. So basically I can say the hypnosis has prepared me super for the birth, and I would recommend it to every woman especially at the first birth.
