I can also only recommend Birthe. I did a past life regression with her in March 2023. I was amazed at everything that was revealed. It has helped me tremendously to understand some behaviors and patterns. Above all, I can continue to work on myself with this information. I would do a regression with her again at any time. I completely lost my fear of flying 5 years ago . I was just back in America and fell asleep on the plane for 5 hours on the way there and back. It is just more quality of life and be happy when you no longer have fear . I would hardly have dared to hope before the hypnosis. Mrs. Lemke has saved me, because otherwise my husband would have flown alone and I would have missed a lot!

I was a heavy smoker for 36 years and tried all kinds of things to get off the cigarette.
I became aware of Ms. Lemke via the Internet. She was very empathetic and helped me through her hypnosis that I am today exactly 13 weeks and one day non-smoker. Thank you very much!

I also immediately felt very comfortable in the premises of Mrs. Lemke. Her calm manner and pleasant voice were already familiar to me from the preparation for hypnosis according to the Simpson-Protokll. I found it totally great to be prepared for this hypnosis with various videos. After the hypnosis I felt really light and had the feeling to be totally relaxed. I am very curious to see what effect this hypnosis will have in the course of time. My feeling is positive in any case. I can therefore highly recommend Ms. Lemke.

For me, the Simpson Protocol was the best thing Birthe could recommend against my big problem (jealousy). I had no idea what was coming, but Birthe did a wonderful job of easing my fears.
It didn't get better from one day to the next, but you can already feel after the first session that something has changed. I can only recommend the practice in Beverstedt. Many thanks Angela

I felt very comfortable with Ms. Lemke. Thanks to her hypnosis I succeed for the first time in my life to change my eating behavior without the feeling of renunciation or lack (e.g. I actually don't eat chocolate since then and I don't miss it either :-). Ms. Lemke was very competent and empathetic to my wishes for change and has also given me with the practice of self-hypnosis and with the individual hypnosis via mp3 to listen at home two great "tools" on the way to continue to strengthen and anchor my new behavior. It was easy for me to engage in the hypnosis process and I was able to relax quickly and deeply with her.
I also found the preparation for the first hypnosis appointment very helpful, where you can do a nice relaxation hypnosis with Ms. Lemke online a few days before to get in the mood for her (very pleasant) voice and the whole hypnosis process. Conclusion: highly recommended! If you are willing to get involved, Ms. Lemke's hypnosis technique can change many things in your own being for the better.

In a word: SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have done the Simpson Protocol. Or rather have two sessions behind me now and am thrilled. Thrilled and so much more!
The preparation for the first appointment is really great. In various videos you get a lot of information about hypnosis and how it works and you also get first impressions. This is how you get to know Ms. Lemke, one of the most interesting people I've had the pleasure of meeting so far, and you also gain trust right away. Mrs. Lemke has such a calm and lovely way of speaking that you can and want to just go into a trance.
I already went to the first appointment with a good and positive feeling. And this positive feeling was worth it. One day after the session I felt sooooooo good than I have in a long time. I describe this feeling as "light." All the weight that was sitting on my shoulders is like gone.
Just great, great, great. I could hardly wait for the second session.
I would like to write so much more, but I think that would get out of hand.
I can only recommend Ms. Lempke and would do it again at any time.

The practice is located in a very nice building and also the room in which the sessions are conducted is comfortably furnished and you feel immediately at ease. Before the first session, I was given extensive information about smoking cessation through hypnosis and how the two sessions will proceed. I am now about 16 days smoke-free and have no problem with it or desire to smoke. I do think about it from time to time, but it is negligible. A particularly large and nice side effect was also that I can sleep through the night again with the help of a special relaxation exercise.
So thank you Mrs. Lemke for freeing me from this compulsion to smoke and I can now live a much more relaxed and healthy life.

The second session for smoking cessation is now 15 days ago and I hold out quite easily and without effort, no cravings, no weight gain, I miss nothing and even with smokers stand with coffee and / or beer does not mind. I am very happy to have done the whole thing again, 8 years ago I already did such a therapy in Dortmund, but two years later I started again...
