I had a hypnosis appointment for weight loss at the end of March 2023.
What can I say, after 3 weeks are already 5 kg down (initial weight 81 kg at a height of 1.68 Mtr). The conversation beforehand was very personal, intense and was about childhood experiences, habits, everyday behavior, desires and expectations.
I do not renounce unhealthy foods, but simply feel no desire for them.
It should not be seen as a diet, but as a positive life change forever.
Very clear recommendation for Hypnosepraxis Krumbach! I felt very comfortable and in good hands.

Went for hypnosis smoking cessation last Tuesday. Today is Friday and I have not needed a single cigarette. And that after 30 years of smoking. No more craving for a cigarette. Can only say the best thing I could have done. Many many many thanks to Oliver Hofmann.

Hello I was 3.days ago in Ursberg to hypnosis for smoking cessation! The hypnosis was great what I would not have thought! Had already on the way home no more desire for a cigarette! Although I was a heavy smoker! 46 years! And Oliver is a great therapist! I will definitely recommend him! I'll get back to you later! L.S

Anyone who wants to quit smoking and can't do it of their own accord and willpower, should not be unnecessarily troubled and frustrated, but sign up for a hypnosis session like I did and do it without any side effects.
It is hard to believe how easy it was to get rid of the vice.

I have already done several hypnosis sessions with Mr. Hofmann, for various reasons. Before the first session, I'll be honest, I was very skeptical. The skepticism I have thrown afterwards but completely overboard. The last hypnosis I was also very excited about, and which in retrospect helped me a lot, was for my daughter's planned c-section. The topic was to stay calm during the c-section or during the surgery, and also to optimize the wound healing process after the surgery. Both were a complete success, before and during the operation I was so calm that I was asked by the operating room nurses if I was not nervous at all. No, on the contrary I found it very relaxed. I went home after 2 days due to Corona, wound healing was also much better than the first cesarean. And it was definitely not the last time that I was with Mr. Hofmann, because you can achieve so much with so little effort and in such a healthy way.
