Response time and appointment were very fast after the initial contact. The car was inspected on the same day. The employee was very friendly and seemed competent to me. The on-site appointment was also completed relatively quickly, so that my own time could be spent during the lunch break. Subsequently, the communication took place directly with the assigned specialist lawyer, so that I as a customer could deal with the accident without stress for me.
