We have been back to the travel agency for years and were very pleasantly surprised. We had good advice and all our extra wishes were taken into account. The prices we paid in the end are sometimes cheaper than the online prices we searched for ourselves, sometimes they are similar to the online prices but never higher. Wherever possible, the best conditions were negotiated, lots of helpful tips were given and in the end you always have someone to contact in an emergency. We will definitely be back!

The travel agency and Mr. Salheiser were recommended to me by friends.
And based on my experience so far, I am very happy to give them all my stars ...!

As we come from Lower Saxony, we communicate by phone, WhatsApp and email, which has worked really smoothly so far.

Mr. Salheiser is very committed to helping us implement our travel plans for the USA, puts the brakes on unrealistic ideas, suggests sensible alternatives and has a whole cornucopia of valuable tips and tricks for the trip.
The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right!

I am genuinely impressed and my expectations were exceeded. Therefore my unreserved recommendation!

Great advice, starting with the choice of destination, flights and booking the individual accommodations.
In addition to the booking itself, we also received additional tips and tricks, which are certainly very helpful on site. It's not without reason that I still book through this travel agency, even though I no longer live there. The video call advice also worked really well.
What was particularly great was that Mr. Salheiser checked the website of our preferred accommodation in between our appointment and made it possible for us to spend the 3 nights we wanted there after all.

You can book a lot of things online if you know for sure what you need.
If I'm not sure what I need, I always go to a specialist shop. And preferably when there are people working there who put their heart and soul into their job and know their product range. Or tell me when they can't.
It's exactly the same with this travel agency in Krifftel.
I feel I'm in good hands here. Good advice in any case and the prices are no worse than those booked on the Internet, usually even better.

The boss himself in particular has an enormous amount of specialist knowledge. Sometimes he is a bit hectic and seems rushed, but what he says always fits and was a helpful tip!

I would like to share my great experience with the travel agency. I received great advice right from the start. The advice was not only detailed, but also really competent and cordial.
I would particularly like to praise the excellent service during an unexpected incident. After I was informed that the tour operator I had booked with had gone bankrupt, the McLast team reacted immediately and helped me extremely quickly. They organized an alternative for me within a very short time.
I am incredibly grateful for the great support and service. I can highly recommend this travel agency.

They listened to our wishes, took care of us and found the best solution for our trip. The team is always available or gets back to us immediately. We went to a travel agency because we were interested in a trip to Tanzania. The package tours on the Internet were very expensive and so we wanted to organize an individual trip. As the travel agency also specializes in safari trips, they were able to explain everything to us. We put together our trip individually at home and they took a lot of time to help us. We were also put in touch with a contact in Tanzania who was able to arrange the safari and transfers to Zanzibar at a reasonable price.
We can definitely recommend the travel agency.
Finally, it is important to mention that even if you have put together your trip yourself on the Internet, it is still worth going to the travel agency with your details! We saved a lot in comparison if we had booked it ourselves at Booking.com, Check24 etc.

Mr. Salheiser and his team are really great, they take a lot of time to find the right destination, tailored to your personal wishes.
Then they also find the best hotels, flights, flight times, transfers, everything at the best time and at the best price and generally at the best conditions.
I have already booked 4 trips here and I always like to go back because I know that my vacation will not disappoint me and that I can really relax on vacation because I have a reliable travel agency behind me.

With the travel agency, you can take a relaxed approach to planning your vacation without having to trawl through endless online sites. Everything is taken care of - detailed recording of the desired vacation, suitable and convenient flight times, very good hotel recommendations, the comparison of several offers in order to be able to compare the selection in the best possible way, travel insurance, transfers from the airport to the hotel... I am very satisfied with the advice, which includes personal recommendations based on existing experience. In particular, the short response times, the friendly manner of the consultants and the quick implementation of spontaneous change requests speak for themselves - this makes you look forward to the upcoming vacation even more. I would use the offer and services again at any time :)
