IKUD Seminars has been working for almost 20 years as a professional education provider in the field of "Intercultural Training", "Diversity" and "Transcultural Competence", especially also in the education of intercultural trainers (m/f/d). IKUD... stands for Inter-Culture and Didactics: The transfer of practice via methodologically proven approaches forms the core of our activities.
Today, globalization increasingly requires intercultural competencies in all areas. We impart these competencies in needs-specific formats such as seminars, workshops, coaching and consulting.

The methodology was varied and so the seminar was also very entertaining in online format. Due to the small number of participants, individual questions could be dealt with well. Good mix of theoretical input and practical exercises.
The trainer training convinces by a high professional competence of the trainers combined with a high practical part during the training. Overall, the institute's decades of experience are evident in the mature training concept and the high level of practical relevance.
I liked the intercultural seminar Arab-Islamic world for trainers very much. A good mix of structure and in-depth content was conveyed by Ms. Lenhard very competently and clearly. The content conveyed is very helpful in developing a deeper understanding of the region as well as in designing your own regional trainings for the Arab region. Once again, I am very satisfied with my visit to an IKUD seminar event.
I am very happy to have chosen the IKUD offer for my professional development. Not only have I been able to build up and expand my intercultural competencies within the framework of the trainer training. I was also able to strengthen my self-confidence with regard to the didactic preparation and manner of intercultural knowledge transfer. This is due not only to the diverse training exercises, but also to the intellectual and very helpful discussions within the seminar group and the trainer team.
A super training! Took away a lot of valuable input that will be very helpful to me down the road. Had great discussion and conversation sessions and each concern is given enough attention and processing. I am always excited about the IKUD seminar training sessions!
The further training as an intercultural trainer has shown me new perspectives and impulses both in my private and professional life. Thanks to the professional support of the trainers, we gained a very good insight into everyday training, but above all into the different methods and models. Despite the challenging workload, the training was a lot of fun and at the same time useful for everyday work. An additional plus was the group as such, which harmonized very well. In my opinion, the course is not only recommended for future intercultural trainers, but also for all those who will be working with professionals from abroad in their companies in the future.
IKUD staff and instructors were very friendly and accommodating to all questions and problems. The seminar materials were very well prepared and presented to the participants in a pleasant and clear manner and made available on the IKUD platform. The content was very interesting, relevant and well selected.
The intercultural trainer training in 5 modules is a basic training and it certainly cannot reflect all the specifics of the potential target groups of the participants, but all the exercises were linguistically very complex and based on the assumption that the future participants have a lingua franca in which they can communicate at a high level. Either a separate module for the implementation of intercultural training for participants with lower knowledge of German or English, or at least a selection of two / three exercises that are also particularly suitable for this target group would be very interesting and, given the situation on the labor market, of great benefit to the future trainers.
The training "Prozessbegleiter*in für Diversity Management & Interkulturelle Öffnung" gives a very good and detailed overview of the basics and aspects of implementation. From process design and dealing with resistance to implementation and evaluation, very valuable approaches and practical examples are offered here. Online it was also a very constructive learning atmosphere, thanks to the two great lecturers. Really recommendable.
This area is not yet adapted to the ZKW. But I would recommend this and have therefore "YES" clicked ;) . It was a very intensive exchange; especially impressed the experience of the trainer and the openness in the group (not least initiated by her openness). Highly recommended! Thank you!
I had previously been able to do the ICT training and I really enjoyed that with IKUD, so now I wanted to do the 2-day Diversity training as well. As always, Alexander did a great job leading the training and also preparing it. It would be desirable to extend the training to 2.5T, as it is very interesting in terms of content. Thank you for more building blocks for me to work with.

Dear Alexander, dear IKUD team. I would like to thank you very much for allowing me to participate in the seminar as an IKUD trainer at very favorable conditions. The structure of the offered IKUD events is like a modular system, which participants can put together themselves within a reasonable time frame. In the course of the years, the topic of diversity will be implemented more and more in the private sector as well as in the public sector. I feel it is important and a challenge to bring the topic closer to target groups that may not have been able to deal with the topic at all because it is foreign to them. I myself, as an independent person, will ask my cooperation and contract partner structures if and if so, how the topic is implemented, since when, how is it accepted, etc. This raises the topic as a question and can thus motivate reflection.
I certainly recommend the IKUD events to others and have been doing so since I became certified.
