The sale was handled by Mr. Scherbel, who, with his many years of professional experience, great expertise, well-founded knowledge of the market and good instinct, succeeded in arranging the sale in such a way that both seller and buyer were highly satisfied with the process and result. I can unreservedly recommend the company Immobilien Reinhardt. In an extremely pleasant initial meeting, the inventory of the property took place with an initial market assessment and ideas regarding marketing. Mr. Sam convinced me immediately with his empathic manner as well as his professional competence and I was not disappointed. The asking price was met, a buyer was found quickly and the process from viewing, notary contract to the handover was accompanied by Mr. Scherdel in the best possible way. Many thanks again.

I commissioned the company Immobilien Reinhardt at the beginning of 2020 to sell my property in Neustadt/Coburg. Mr. Daniel Sam and Mr. Reinhardt both came to me for the first appointment and then a valuation and a presentation of the building was prepared by Mr. Sam, which excited me. Shortly after publication, several interested parties came to view the property and a commitment to purchase was made in a very short time. The sales price calculated by Mr. Sam also fully met my expectations. Immobilien Reinhardt is a solid, competent business in the real estate sector here in the Coburg region and can only be recommended when it comes to buying or selling real estate.
